Muscle Test for Pectoralis Minor

Pointer Plus The Pointer Plus is an easy to use trigger point (TP) locator which incorporates a push button stimulation feature to immediately treat Trigger point pain.

Individual Position: The individual is lying supine, with their arms by their side and their shoulder elevated slightly off of the table.

Practitioner Position: The practitioner has their hand on the front of the individual’s shoulder, depressing the shoulder back onto the table.

Description of Muscle Test: The individual attempts to elevate their shoulder against the practitioner’s resistance.
