Individual Position: The individual is lying on their side with their knees extended.
Practitioner Position: The practitioner is standing with the individual’s uppermost leg supported with one hand and their other hand is placed on the individual’s knee of the lower leg.
Description of Muscle Test: The individual is requested to adduct their lower leg against the practitioner’s resistance.
