Individual Position: The individual is in the prone position with their arm abducted to 90
degrees, and their elbow flexed to 90 degrees with a slight internal rotation of the forearm.
Practitioner Position: The practitioner is standing, with their hands placed on the individual’s elbow and wrist.
Description of Muscle Test: The individual is requested to medially or internally rotate their humerus against the practitioner’s resistance.
